As you begin your incredible experience and growth into a calm, peaceful, powerful life and a new healthy relationship with anxiety, please know you need to take action on all that your read, watch, and learn here in order to integrate new neural pathways in your brain that will allow you to respond in a healthy way to anxiety. The goal is not to eliminate anxiety, it is to learn how to transcend unhealthy responses to anxiety and move forward peacefully in the moment.
It is imperative that you begin with our Initial Relief course. These videos are brief and vital! They will offer you some initial relief, which is what will allow you to continue along the course. These videos will be items you will want to revisit frequently. You will learn diaphragmatic belly-breathing, how and where to focus your attention, how to get centered (and why it helps), and the importance of non-resistance.
Before you get started, please allow me share why I feel so honored to be guiding you along your path.
After my mother passed away, when I was only 11 years old, I became closely associated with anxiety and I endured obstacles from it- many of them! And, because of these experiences with anxiety, I learned how to create the wonderful life I now enjoy. I did not know I had anxiety--35 years of it--until I was diagnosed at the age of 47. I simply assumed my anxiety, panic, and fearful/insidious thoughts were the hard knocks of life, until it finally knocked me to the floor, literally. I was at wits end, afraid of life and myself and whatever was wrong with me. Soon after being diagnosed, I recovered! I’ve become a master at my relationship with anxiety and I am excited to share and guide you to do the same. Please know, you can recover. Regardless of any perceived limitation you may feel, there IS a way through it.
