Anxiety can become habitual. If you worry a lot, your body and brain become so familiar with this pattern, that you create an anxious steady-state. When you have moments of ease and calm you might actually feel physical discomfort. Your body needs to relearn the sensation of calm and peace. Your brain is wired for predictability. As you implement these new techniques, you will retrain this communication and consciously create the positive outcome you so desire. These techniques will help you create a steady-state of ease and serenity.
We will teach you getting centered, belly breathing, progressive muscle relaxation for anxiety relief, channeling and releasing anxious energy, visualization, why you have anxious thoughts, and how to change your response to anxiety and experience calm.
